Chrome Hearts × United Arrows. Early 90s.
Before Chrome Hearts had a Tokyo flagship. Before they needed one.
In the early 90s, United Arrows was the gateway — one of the only places in Japan where you could find the brand. This piece was made for that moment: a Chrome Hearts longsleeve produced exclusively for United Arrows, back when the two were still finding each other.
Dagger and shield on the back. Old English script down both sleeves. “Chrome Hearts exclusively for United Arrows” on the chest pocket — quiet, but that’s the whole story.
The licensing agreement ran for over 20 years before Chrome Hearts finally brought Japan in-house. Pieces like this predate all of that. They exist from a time when the relationship was still new.
Shows normal signs of wear including discoloration and fading.
