SHIPPING FEE
Delivery time for Standard Shipping is expected to be 3 to 7 business days after processing. The delivery time runs from when your order has been processed.
Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Refer to the email or visit your Order History via your account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
DELIVERY POLICY
At Untilfaded, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process for all our customers. Please review our Delivery Policy below to understand our terms and conditions.
1. Responsibility During Transit
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Untilfaded is no longer responsible for the package. The shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for the package during transit.
2. Packages Marked as Delivered: Our responsibility for your package ends when the shipping carrier marks it as "Delivered" in their tracking system. We cannot be held accountable for:
- Missing or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout but not received by the intended recipient.
3. Customer’s Responsibility: To ensure a successful delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
- Monitor the tracking information provided once the order has shipped.
- Retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
4. Steps for Undelivered or Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address you provided.
Check with neighbors or other household members. - Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further information.
5. Support and Assistance: While Untilfaded is not responsible for packages after they leave our possession or are marked as delivered, we are happy to assist by:
- Providing tracking details and shipment information.
- Supporting claims with the shipping carrier when possible.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We do not collect or cover duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments. These charges are imposed by the destination country, and customers are responsible for paying them directly upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details on any potential fees before placing your order.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We take great care in inspecting, describing and measuring each item. However, minor flaws may still occur due to the nature of vintage pieces. If an item significantly does not match its description or has a major flaw, we will accept a return.
Please DM us on Instagram @untilfaded within 3 business days to receive the return instructions.
If you replace an item, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery.
