Booking window. Choose a visit time between 3 and 24 hours from when you book. We hold your item until your visit time.

Confirmation. We’ll confirm your item availability, visit time and store address via email. Your reservation isn’t confirmed until you hear from us. 

Late arrival. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the item returns to sale.

Can’t make it? Let us know as soon as possible so we can release the item.

Guests. We allow up to 2 guests coming along with you to your session.
